Bukayo Saka, Mikel Arteta and Aaron Ramsdale were all recipients of the Premier League monthly awards handed to them for their standout displays in matches during the course of the month.
Saka landed the prestigious player of the month award for March after scoring three goals and providing two assists in four games for the Gunners.
He fended off competition from the likes of Alexander Isak, Mohamed Salah and fellow teammate Leandro Trossard. It was the in form forward’s first player of the month award of his career.
His manager was not left behind as Arteta scooped his fourth manager of the month award of the season. It was no less than he deserved after guiding his side to a perfect March where they won all four of their games.
The Gunners made it a trio of awards with their shot stopper Ramsdale bagging the save of the month award for his fine save in the match against Bournemouth.
Ramsdale was on hand to deny Dango Ouattara what would have been a certain goal if not for his intervention. He more or less kept his side in the game to be able to overturn a 2-0 deficit to end up winning 3-2.
It was also a first time award for the goalkeeper who was awarded ahead of five other goalkeepers.
Another monthly award handed out was the goal of the month award which was given to Wolves defender Jonny for his incredible long-range lob against Leeds United.
