Serie A side Udinese have joking asked Cristiano Ronaldo if he would like to join the club via a tweet on social media.
Udinese currently sit third in the Serie A table after picking up 16 points in their opening seven games so far (5W 1D)
Andrea Sottil’s men hope to maintain their form over the rest of the season to make a bid for European football. With this in mind, they have taken advantage of their good form by jokingly inviting Ronaldo to move to Italy and play for them as they would be able to offer him Champions League football.
Udinese have been one of the standout teams of the season so far in Serie A, only losing one game and upsetting some of the league’s big guns.

Ronaldo on the other hand has started only one game in the Premier League so far this season. He has also only scored once which was a penalty against Sheriff Tiraspol in the Europa League.
It was greatly reported that the Portuguese wanted to leave the club during the summer transfer window but his move away never materialised.
