The management of Bayern Munich have decided to back their manager Julian Nagelsmann despite their domestic struggles this season.
The German giants are winless in four Bundesliga games after losing to Augsburg, but Nagelsmann still has the backing of the club’s hierarchy.
“We’re totally convinced of Julian,” Bayern CEO Oliver Kahn said. “Of course, he’s concerned, everyone is. But we are convinced of Julian.
“When you have a run like that, where you haven’t won four games in a row, it’s not just the coach who’s dissatisfied, but also the players, we in charge. We’re all in a bad mood.”

Kahn also challenged the players to do better and not underestimate the league.
“The coach gives the players enough solutions. I think that’s quite normal: It’s the team, the team is on the pitch. It’s also about converting the things we work for, the football we play, into goals.
“Some players probably believe the Bundesliga can be secondary. That’s unacceptable.”
While they struggle domestically, Bayern have been perfect in Europe winning their two opening fixtures of the Champions League against Inter Milan and Barcelona.
