Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has set the record to become the player with the most Bundesliga wins with his 311th victory on Saturday against Union Berlin.
The German shot stopper surpassed his compatriot Oliver Kahn, the famous Bavarian legend, to achieve the historic landmark.
Neuer joined the club from Schalke in 2011 and has cemented his legacy as one of the league’s best ever goalkeeper.

Neuer now holds the Bundesliga wins record with majority of his wins coming in a Bayern shirt.
He has been key to Bayern’s success over the past decade having won the Bundesliga nine times and the Champions League twice in that period.
Neuer also won the World Cup with Germany during this period, two German football player of the year and has been on the FIFPro World XI team four times.
