Nigeria international Victor Osimhen scored four goals as Napoli beat Anaunia 12-0 in their first pre-season match on Sunday.
The Parthenopeans raced to a 7-0 lead before the half-time break and Osimhen scored all his goals in the first half.
Eljif Elmas broke the deadlock in the fourth minute and Osimhen doubled Napoli’s lead four minutes later.
Konstantinos Manolas made it 3-0 before the super Eagles forward found the back of the net again in the 20th, 35th and 37th minutes to give his side a 6-0 lead. Stanislav Lobotka added another goal to round off the scoring in the first half for Napoli.
In the second half, Spalletti changed his entire team and they picked up from where their teammates left off with goals from Gennaro Tutino, Luca Palmiero, Amato Ciciretti, Zinedine Machach and Andrea Petagna.
