According to reports, Chelsea plan to go all out in order to secure the services of Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Braut Haaland.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reported to be willing to release funds for the transfer of the Dortmund striker.
The Champions League winners are said to have been in pursuit of the highly rated forward for some time now but Dortmund have been adamant on keeping him.
Moreover, a deal seems increasingly unlikely as the German club may not want to sell another one of their valuable players after releasing Jordan Sancho to Manchester United in the same transfer window.
On the other hand, Borrussia Dortmund could be tempted to strike a deal if a huge offer comes in for the Norwegian.
Dortmund have reportedly placed a huge sum believed to be around €175m in a bid to deter interested clubs.

Chelsea added the likes of Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz to their attacking options last summer. However they have struggled to make major attacking contributions to the side.
With this in mind, the club is all out to make sure the signature of Haaland is secured as they aim to compete sternly for the premier league tittle in the 2021/22 season after winning the Champions League last season and reaching the FA cup final which they lost to Leicester City.
The 20-year-old had a spectacular season with Dortmund amassing 41 goals and 12 assists and guiding Dortmund to DFB-pokal glory.
Haaland could form a formidable partnership with misfiring Werner at the helm of the Chelsea attack in the new campaign.
Could this deal materialize for the Blues? This is the major question. Get your fingers crossed and watch out.
