Italian side AS Roma have completed the €18m transfer of Granit Xhaka from Arsenal. However, it is reported that an official announcement of the deal will not be made until Switzerland exit the European Championship. New Roma boss Jose Mourinho has been a long-term admirer of Xhaka and is reportedly responsible for orchestrating the deal.

French giants PSG have finally finalised the transfer of Achraf Hakimi. They will pay Inter Milan €60m + €10m in bonuses and the full-back will sign a deal until June 2026.

Red Bull Salzburg striker Patson Daka has told Austrian media he is on the verge of completing a £23m move to Leicester City.

“I will go to England and move to Leicester City. I had a great time here, Salzburg has become my second home. I will always be happy to come back here, but the Premier League has always been my big dream.” Daka has already completed his medical and an official announcement from Leicester is expected soon. 

According to reports, talks are progressing well between PSG and Sergio Ramos. The French club don’t want to pay the defender a huge salary but both parties are interested in making the move happen. The defender has reportedly started house hunting in Paris as the move edges closer.

Real Madrid are preparing a €50m bid for Jules Koundé but Sevilla are expecting an offer closer to the player’s release clause which is around €80m.

Juventus expect to get around €40m for centre-back Merih Demiral with Everton, Roma and Atalanta all interested.

Aston Villa are preparing to make a big offer for Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham. The Blues are willing to sell the England forward this summer.

Manchester City are prepared to walk away from any Harry Kane deal unless Tottenham and Daniel Levy keep their expectations realistic. Spurs are said to be playing hardball over the sale of their star player and have reportedly rejected City’s first bid.

Manchester United forward Anthony Martial is expected to be sold this summer to make way for Jadon Sancho. Tottenham are amongst the clubs interested as they are preparing for the possibility of losing Kane.

Rafael Benítez is set to sign the contract to become the new manager of Everton this weekend. Talks have been ongoing for weeks and a deal has reportedly been reached.
